Improve collaboration
By using the same type of labels (e.g., experiment, method, protocol) you and your colleagues can better understand each other’s notes.
iPad allows you to specify who can read or modify which document. If your iPad server can be accessed from the outside of your organization, you can even allow your external colleagues to read some of your notes via the Web. It would be possible, for example, to include a link to the corresponding project notes into a scientific publication.
